Where do you practice law?

Business Affairs Group is a Florida professional association but its founder, Joseph Bovino, is admitted to practice law in Florida, California, and Washington D.C.

What do you charge?

We charge a flat fee or an hourly rate for other services. Flat fees for specific services are negotiable and determined on a case-by-case basis. Hourly rates depend on the attorney, specialist or legal assistant who performs the service.

We also offer legal services to established actors, recording artists, producers, directors, motivational speakers, models, athletes, and others on either an hourly rate or a commission basis consistent with industry standards. 

Do you offer litigation services?

Yes, but only as part of our intellectual property enforcement and immigration law services. Otherwise, Business Affairs Group is a transactional law firm specializing in multimedia entertainment deals. Our attorneys have extensive litigation experience but use it mainly to structure deals that avoid misunderstandings and reduce the probability of future litigation.
